Q: Are all of your papers online?
A: No. We currently feature a selection of our Japanese and Origami papers online. These categories represent a small fraction of the papers available at our Toronto store. We will be continually adding new papers to our online catalog – please sign up for our mailing list if you would like to be notified when new products are added.
Q: How can I order paper or products that are not online?
A: There is no question that a visit to our store in Toronto is the best way to shop for paper. There is nothing that can compare to seeing our full collection in person and taking advantage of our knowledgeable staff. We realize that a trip to Toronto is not possible for everyone and so we are happy to help you through your paper problems via telephone or email communication. Please bear in mind that paper can be next to impossible to “describe” and so this process will most likely result in the purchase of samples, which we can ship to you before your final order is placed.
Q: Can you help me make invitations?
A: We have a long history of helping customers plan and make their own invitations for all kinds of occasions. The process of doing everything yourself can be overwhelming and so we are happy to share tips and tricks that we have picked up along the way. Please sign up for our mailing list to hear of new developments that we are making to our invitation services and visit our Invitation Supplies page for a taste of what we offer at the store.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: No. We are a retail store and do not sell our products wholesale. However, we do offer volume discounts on some of our products, please contact us for more information.
Q: Do you offer workshops?
A: Yes! The most common question we get is ‘What do people do with all this paper?’ Our workshops are a great introduction to the possibilities that exist in the variety of papers that we carry. We offer everything from bookbinding to simple gift making ideas like our famous Paper Pendants Workshop. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first one to receive new workshop schedules.
